Our infrared transparent PC material features excellent optical performance. It delivers an infrared transmittance of over 90% within 700-2000nm, reaching 93% at 940nm and 91% at 850nm. It enables highly efficient infrared signal reception for vacuum sensors, ensuring accurate ranging, positioning and obstacle avoidance. With a visible light shielding rate below 5%, it effectively eliminates interference from strong light and stray light to prevent sensor misjudgment, guaranteeing stable round-the-clock operation. Besides, customized optical parameters for specific RGB wavelengths are available to match diverse sensor requirements.
This material also boasts reliable mechanical properties: density at 1.102g/cm³, tensile strength of 50MPa and flexural strength of 73MPa. Its superior impact resistance resists daily collision and friction without cracking or deformation, perfectly fitting long-term high-frequency working scenarios of robot vacuums. Adopting full-process MES system production management, we stabilize product performance and raise finished product yield by around 5%. The material is widely applied in infrared sensor windows, LiDAR lenses and obstacle avoidance shell parts of smart robot vacuums.
