Qualified ASA pellets undergo strict Q-UV accelerated UV aging tests. After 168-hour UV exposure, the color difference ΔE is less than 1.0, delivering stable long-term outdoor color performance with minimal yellowing or patchy discoloration. Its dense, smooth surface enables self-cleaning: rain washes away surface dust to keep roofs bright.

This ASA material offers balanced mechanical properties including stable tensile, flexural and impact resistance. It ensures smooth extrusion processing, reducing production defects such as strand breakage and surface blemishes, and boosting manufacturers’ finished-product yield by around 5%. Custom colors including red, grey and blue are available for antique-style tiles, anti-corrosion factory tiles and scenic-area roof tiles.
